High Performance Glazing & Energy Efficiency
Our uPVC windows are designed to deliver outstanding thermal performance, helping to keep homes warm, comfortable, and energy efficient throughout the year.
By combining advanced glass technology with high-quality frames, we ensure every window performs reliably in real Northern Ireland conditions.
Here are some of the key glazing features we offer:
- Argon Gas-Filled Units as Standard: All of our windows are fitted with Argon gas-filled sealed units as standard. Argon is around six times more thermally efficient than air, helping to reduce heat loss and improve insulation without increasing cost unnecessarily.
- Krypton Gas for Enhanced Performance: For customers seeking even lower U-values, we also offer Krypton gas-filled glazing. Due to its higher density, Krypton provides superior insulation and is particularly suited to high-performance and triple-glazed systems. We currently display a Krypton-filled sliding sash window in our Bangor showroom, allowing customers to see and compare performance first-hand.
- Warm Edge Spacer Bars: All sealed units are manufactured using warm edge spacer bars. These reduce heat transfer around the edge of the glass, minimise condensation, and improve overall thermal efficiency.
- Specialist Medical & UV Protective Glazing: We can also supply specialist glazing that blocks harmful UVA and UVB rays. This is ideal for customers with medical or sun-sensitivity needs and allows natural light to enter while protecting health and interiors. Our team has successfully delivered bespoke projects using this technology in the past.
- Reduced Heat Loss & Lower Energy Bills: By combining insulated frames, gas-filled units, advanced spacers, and professional installation, our windows help maintain stable indoor temperatures and reduce reliance on heating throughout the year.

High Quality uPVC Frames & Finish Options
Our uPVC window frames are carefully selected from leading manufacturers across the UK and Ireland, ensuring long-term strength, stability, and consistent performance.
As authorised installers for REHAU systems, we work with proven profiles that meet strict quality, security, and thermal standards.
Here are some of the key frame features and finish options available:
- Authorised REHAU Installation: We are authorised installers for REHAU and several other trusted manufacturers, giving our customers confidence that every system meets recognised industry standards for performance and durability.
- Strong, Reinforced Frame Construction: All frames are manufactured using steel-reinforced, multi-chambered uPVC profiles. This provides excellent structural integrity, resistance to movement, and long-term reliability. Multi-point locking mechanisms are engineered into each frame, ensuring ultimate security for your home.
- Smooth & Woodgrain Foiled Finishes: Frames are available in smooth white, which remains the most cost-effective option, as well as high-quality foiled woodgrain finishes that offer enhanced durability and visual depth.
- Popular & Bespoke Colour Options: Our most popular colours include black, anthracite grey, and cream. We also supply a wider range of finishes such as Chartwell Green, rosewood, and selected custom colours to suit individual designs. Please note that special-order colours may involve extended lead times and additional costs.
- Showroom Displays & Sample Viewing: We have a wide window range on display in our Bangor, NI showroom, allowing customers to view frame profiles, finishes, and build quality in person. Our team is always available to answer questions and provide samples of different systems and colour options.

Built for Northern Ireland Conditions
Our uPVC Windows in Northern Ireland are exposed to a wide range of environmental conditions, and no two postcodes experience the same weather patterns. Coastal locations, elevated areas, and inland towns all place different demands on window systems.
That is why every installation is planned around the structure of the building and the conditions it will face.
Here are some of the factors we consider when designing your new windows:
- Coastal & Marine Environments: Areas such as Cultra, Cloughey, Carrickfergus and other coastal locations are exposed to sea spray and salty air, which can accelerate corrosion. In these environments, we specify marine-grade hardware and protective finishes to ensure long-term reliability.
- High Wind & Driving Rain Zones: Exposed locations such as the hills of Antrim and Craigantlet experience higher wind speeds and driving rain. Window systems in these areas are designed with enhanced sealing, drainage, and structural reinforcement.
- Protection Against Movement & Warping: All of our windows are engineered to resist movement, warping, and distortion caused by temperature changes and prolonged exposure to harsh conditions.
- Locally Proven Manufacturing Standards: Many of our frame manufacturers are based in Northern Ireland and understand first-hand the demands placed on windows in our climate. Their systems are designed and tested specifically for these conditions.
- Location-Specific System Design: Before specification, we assess your property’s orientation, exposure, elevation, and surrounding environment. This allows us to recommend the most suitable frame, glazing, and hardware combination for lasting performance.

Design, Installation, Warranty & Aftercare
From initial consultation to long-term support, we manage every stage of your window project with care, precision, and professionalism.
Our structured approach ensures high-quality results, safe working practices, and minimal disruption to your home.
Here is how we deliver consistently high standards:
- Collaborative Design & Ordering: We design every window system with you, taking time to understand your needs, preferences, and practical requirements. Once finalised, we manage all manufacturer orders and quality checks on your behalf.
- Quality Control & Installation Planning: All products are inspected on arrival to ensure they meet our standards. Once approved, we arrange a suitable installation date that fits your schedule.
- Comprehensive Surveys & Safety Assessments: During the initial survey, we carry out detailed health and safety and risk assessments. Where windows are positioned at height or above obstacles, we plan appropriate access methods such as scaffolding or cherry pickers. We never take shortcuts that could compromise our team safety or your property.
- Clean, Respectful Installation: Our teams work carefully and efficiently, protecting your home and keeping work areas clean and tidy. We aim to minimise disruption and leave your property in excellent condition.
- Ten-Year Warranty & In-House Support: All installations are backed by a comprehensive ten-year warranty covering both products and workmanship. Ongoing support is provided by our in-house maintenance engineer, ensuring fast, reliable aftercare when needed.
