This year continues to be a busy one for us, and we thought it would be nice to show you another job we recently finished in the Crawfordsburn area of Bangor. This happy family had a lovely pod extension added to their property with a beautiful lantern skylight.
They have underfloor heating installed too, so they have assurance that their POD will be fully functional in the winter.
They were very impressed with the entire process from the start. John had to go away for work, so Claire said she had been a little worried at first. She explained that she soon realised there was nothing to worry about.
Details: Our customer said the fitters throughout the entire project were respectful, efficient and meticulous. They said the attention to detail from when they first stepped into the showroom was phenomenal.
A trench needed to be dug out to lay down drainage pipes under the garden, and the guys carefully sliced out the grass in layers, putting everything back precisely where it had been. By the time the project was done, it did not even look like fitting teams had been there, and not even a speck of dust on their grass.
The family were so impressed by the overall workmanship of everything, that they rang us with the suggestion of taking photos for advertising, and said they will be telling everyone to come to us. They will be in touch over the next while to start replacing their windows, and have said they will not use any other company but us in the future.
