30th Birthday Give Aways 2024

For the last few years we have supported NI Children to Lapland.

This local charity provides a once in a lifetime trip for terminally ill and life-limited children from across northern Ireland to meet Santa at the North Pole.

Children are nominated for the adventure by their hospitals and doctors, with much needed funds raised to also cover the costs of appropriate supervision and medical support during the trip.  

We will continue to support the great work these people do during our 30th birthday celebrations.

We sponsor a team from Belfast who work in partnership with African Vision Malawi.

These charities support orphans and vulnerable people in rural communities, providing health, clean water, sanitation, school supplies and food security programmes. 

Volunteers undertake the building projects and to date have provided homes, farms, hygiene facilities, community centres, and educational facilities.

The Belfast team also donated medical supplies and baby clothes to the local maternity unit during their recent visit.

A very important charity close to our hearts, Marie Curie, provides physical and medical end of life support for terminally ill patients. 

Nurses provide care either in one of the specialised medical hospices or in the patients own home.

As the UKs largest charitable funder of palliative care research, donations are needed to maintain the support services provided for all terminal illness and bereavement services for the patients families. 

During our 30th birthday celebrations, we will support this much needed charity, and will have collection points set up instore.

Our final chosen charity carries out critical services in our community.

Founded in 2003, 7th Heaven Animal Rescue Trust rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes abused, neglected and abandoned animals from across Northern Ireland with the worst cases finding a permanent, safe home at the sanctuary. 

This charity is run completely by volunteers, and offers a wide range of support services such as dog training, match making rehoming service, project wild cat (helping with neutering, feeding and providing shelter for feral cats) and a pet food bank. 

Supplies of duvets, blankets, toys and food (dogs, cats and rabbits) are always very much needed, and we have a drop off point in our showroom should you wish to help this worthwhile charity.
